Question: Help with a problem with a cleaning service I hire for my dads house.? 1. I live in DC I hired a cleaning service in WV for my dad over the phone and email. 2. Through email she told me she would send 2 girls @ 12.00hr every two weeks. I told her over the phone fine. 3. She then faxes me an invoice for 4 girls not two. I asked for references names and numbers. I got sick and didn't pay the invoice for about 30 days. Then she had a fake bill collector calling my job. I paid 500.00 by CC and have proof. The bill collector after going over all emails is one of her reference from a radio station in wv. Now she changed the amount of the invoice I receive at first to included finance. Now I get a letter from a WV lawyer saying pay this new amount or they will sue me using WV long arm statue code 56-3-33. I have sent her checks for the first invoice only to have her send them back because it didn't include these made up charges. I agreed to 2 girls not 4 now I feel like I should only pay half the invoice I never signed anything this was all over the phone. Help

Answer: Besides a lawyer, call the Better Business Bureau and any consumer help organization, preferrably one related to the media. The word needs to get out about these people. I would think your email should have been your contract. Do you have copies of all your emails? That would be the proof. If you have trouble paying for a lawyer, you can probably take her to small claims court and I would as she was unauthorized to send 4 girls. Make sure your contract is cancelled now so that she does not continue to send people.

Answer: Well, since most people wore sandals, and the image of Daniel is of a human form, I would expect that the nails are rather short, tad bit chipped, and dusty. So, he will not be getting a Pedicure, since his world is going to be "rocked"!

Question: Christ the Redeemer Statue questions? I built the 3D model of the statue that is Google Earth and at http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=8f0ba6075e797f2248a0c60ecb66c42 I have never actually been there. The model was created entirely using photos and info from the web. I am currently doing a major update to the model to correct various inaccuracies and to include the chapel and all of the buildings and stairs behind the statue. There are thousands of tourist photos of the statue online but very few photos of the area behind the statue. Does anyone know where there are detailed photos of that area and also the chapel please? The photos I need are the following: 1. All walls and ceiling of the chapel below the statue inside the statue pedestal 2. The outside of the doors of the chapel when closed. 3. All sides of all of the buildings and structures behind the statue down to the bus car park. 4. All sides of the lift tower 5. The front of the lifts at the top and at the bottom levels 6. The main stairs from the middle of the east side of the bus car park, all the way up to the statue. 7. The stairs on the south and north sides of the bus car park 8. The train station showing how it connects to the bus car park northern stairs and to the lifts. 9. All of the fencing both sides of the walkway from the lift to the lower escalators. In the absence of photos or in addition to the photos I need some specific questions answered. 1. There is an octagonal void in the ceiling of the chapel that is painted to look like the sky. How far upwards does it extend and is it a dome shape? 2. In the north-east corner of the bus car park the stairs lead upwards heading south, then turn left and head east towards the statue. On photos they then disappear. How do they connect to the stairs higher up near the cafe terraces? 3. How far east is the very end of the train station in relation to the lift tower? 4. Question: Strange dream, VERY vivid, and long, unnusual? (first of all, its a long question because its detailed, so please dont bother to answer if you cant be bothered to read!) i heard that most dreams last forno more than 10-30 seconds, but when my brother disrupted my sleep this morning i remember the whole event of the dream, a lot had happened and i dont understand what it meant. in waking life i have had an argument with my friend stacey, and in the dream i was a girl called stacey, though i looked NOTHING like her. something had happened where i was afraid of a man who turned out to be my dad (in the dream, my real dad looked nothing like the dream man) i was standing on a lawn in a shallow stream of water with a mermaid statue in the middle. it was stationery at the time, it was made out of pieces of dark mirror and glass, like a 3D mosaic, and it had an angry expression. a woman came out and started hanging out washing, i called her mum, but she isnt my real mum in waking life. i told her i was scared and said 'ive hurt, him, i stabbed him and i locked him in, he cant get us. i hope.' she carried on with what she was doing, and i turned to see the mermaid open its mouth, it raised its hands to its mouth, but one was missing, it started cradling its stumpy arm and then went still again. the man appeared with the mermids hand sticking in his stomach, he pulled it out and its fingers were sharp like claws, he threw it onto the floor where it smashed and the mermaid started writhing around, the water was splashing up, but when it hit me it was blood, the man was begging for forgiveness, and grabbed hold of my leg, i shook him off and stood near the mermaid, but i was terrified of being so close to it, but more so of being anywhere near this man who was supposed to be my dad. he suddenly stopped crying and said 'well then stacey, you know what i must do.' he picked up a cone like thing which he put his arm in, its was like a short jousting stick and was made out of the dark glass mirror mosaic stuff, he sobbed 'im sorry' then charged at me, aiming the spike at me. i ran, jumped and felt a lot of pain, my skin had split open on my back and wings came out- i knew there were wings but didnt see them at this point. I then soared onto the garage roof of this building. he crashed into the mermaid who grabbed hold of his neck and started to take bits of him off his body, starting with his fingers she pulled them off, curled up and began to eat the fingers. he shrieked when she hurt him, but seemed relieved when less of him was there. i stood on the roof watching with 2 feathered wings stretching out, when only his head was left he said 'how could you be?' i said, 'an angel? i know...' the mermaid cracked his head open on a rock like a chucky egg and started licking the insides, he said 'that's my little girl' then he finally died, and there were red eyes in the distance, wolves surrounded the building and i took flight, but i was losing altitude and the wolves had metal shining teeth, they were snapping at my ancles and my wings were beginning to feel very heavy, i couldnt flap them and i got closer to the wolves, there was a cathedral made out of the same dark glass mirror mosaic stuff laying on its side and i watched myself drifting closer and closer to the glass, i closed my eyes so i couldnt see the glass, but just before i crashed through a stained glass window, my brother shouted me, i woke up, and i was really freaked out, my spine was tingling and i even checked the floor for a wolf, i realise that was a stupid thing to do now, but i was still half alseep and groggy! does anyone have any idea what this action packed dream was about? the theme seemed to be this glass mirror mosaic stuff, it gave off bad vibes, like you knew you mustnt go near it, but at the same time it wasnt evil, there were worse things out there, like the wolves with metal teeth and red eyes. everything was dark aswell, there were no positive things in this dream. what do you think some of these things might symbolise? i dont believe there is any connection to the bible in this dream. im not christian and i like dream interpretation, so dont tell me it was a load of nonsense.

Answer: WOW. that sounds really intense., although not all dreams have meanings...per se., i do believe that many dreams, whether they have symbolic meaning, or not.. tend to be portrayals or messages from our subconscious. ** Please, don't take everything im going to say literal, because It's mainly my interpretation.. ** --it's hard to make sense of it, because their is soo much going on.- and its difficult to understand why your portrayed as someone who in waking life has the same name as your friend.. which whom you had an argument with... I wonder what this means... don't know., but i feel there's more to it than meets the eye. -I would say that the mermaid / statue is a big part of the dream as well, along with the person who is suppose to be your 'dad' -This seems very odd., not only do you seem powerless in your dream, but you are powerless in someone else's shoes. Question: okay basically i had this dream before but unlike before it lasted long because i wasnt interrupted from my sl? The sky turned red and fire rained down, a rip in the sky like a tear in a piece of fabric I stood in my backyard and one fireball hit my house destroying it and killing my family. I didnt even mourn i moved picking up a lead pipe and heaind out through the back gate which had been torn off its hinges. A man in in black outfit was chasing a woman in glowing white and they vanished i went out into the street seeing a statue of an angel with one arm raised but its hand missing on the ground was the hand holding a black sword with runes i look away for a moment to a burning tree then back to see the sword gone from the stone hand only to feel its weight in my own hand. I look down to see the runes in the polished black blade glow red when i hear a faint growling i look up and staring me down, from behind the angel statue is a huge black dog/wolf with spike protruding from his shoulders and hips and even the joints in its limbs. Its eyes glowing an eery blue as it bark/snarl at me before lunging, it pounced more like a cat then a dog and i saw its toothy jaws slamming shut infront of my eyes before i shot bolt upright in bed

Answer: First let me say that this dream sounds scary, but awesome! haha, I'm a nerd, sorry. :P Anyways, there is a lot of symbolism going on here. The sky represents your view of the future. Since it is scary and daunting, this means you are very worried about something that possibly affects your future or your reputation, etc. The color red and fire generally have to do with anger. Since the fire was coming from the sky and hit your house, this reiterates that meaning, something that affects your home/future/family. You DID mourn by picking up that lead pipe. Question: Having trouble doing push ups? Having trouble doing push ups. asking for someone who is 5'8 with long arms and long legs. Has to keep up with push ups because in the military. Can anyone suggest how one can do them properly with this statue. They seem to be having trouble.

Answer: When I started tae kwon do, I could do very few push ups. My instructors told me to do the same amount as everyone else, but to not go down all the way if I couldn't. In no time, I could do them as well as anyone else. Of course, I was extremely determined! Good Luck!

We are both Jehovah Witnesses, so we don't date. He said I was pretty and such. We always love to hanging out and we talk always. Anyway, my friend notices when he reads and he sits back down he stares at me.. When t he reunion is done, he looks for me. A couple days ago he sent me this picture of him (It was cute :D) Also, I love him.. I care about him. I gave him a friendship bracelet. and he gave me one. I always wear mine as wll as he. Last year I gave him a puppy dog and he gave me two big flowers with a card that said I love you. One time I was crying and he sent me a message "Danii? Danii! Are you ok? Im here for you.. I love you." He also gave me a nickname, Minimi, he teases me for being short :P Cause he is a few incehs taller then me. Im a 5 so he is about a 5'2 or 5'3. On saturday his family had a get to gether. Only 9 people went. When i got there he said " You looked sad when you come in are you ok?" We went outside and well we played hide and seek. Answer: You're not going to like my answer..... but thirteen is too young to date, to kiss because they lead quickly to other things. You have high school to finish. You should go on group dates for the safety of both of you., talk and do things together but no where you'd be both be alone. Although I know how you feel. Here's why: there are 27 sexual diseases out there, possibility of pregnancy, possibility of the relationship not working.(a huge percentage). If you get too intimate, then you're in trouble with your religion and the elders. Plus your hormones and his are probably RAGING. The Statue Trees stood dark against the sky, Branches rattled a war cry, Howling wind ran through the trees, Stealing dark, decaying leaves. Hurling twigs against gnarled bark, Strange sounds echoed in the dark; Bowing branch taps sleeping tomb, White mist rises in the gloom. Shiny truck with glaring light, Waking spirits in the night, White washed headstones frowned and glared, While iron statue turned and stared. The truck rocked with heavy beat, Masked the sound of dragging feet, Iron statue, dripping red, Woken from its earthly bed. Young man smoothed his lovers face, Falling into fond embrace, As setting sun oozed and bled Shrouding all in shades of red. Grass crunched under heavy tread, Flowers shook with quiet dread Roosting rooks cawed in fright, As statue hunted in the night. Scabbard clanked on iron plate, Eyes glowed through mask of hate. The audience’s cheers and applause makes me realise I’m not the only person who loved it. I’m so excited for the rest; I’ve never wanted time to go so quickly. The change in atmosphere was incredible. From the silent, tension-filled theatre from before the curtains closed; to the electric animated ambience from the audience. Everything around me is incredible, I can’t help but thinking how I’ve only got 20 minutes to take it all in. The theatre itself is astounding. The angel statues above the curtains remind me of a church, as does the suddenly peaceful environment. Each statue, despite being of distressed naked women is beautiful, but, if it’s possible, at the same time – disturbing. Their sad, angry faces staring down were *something yet poignant. However, no matter how sinister or how unusual they are; they still remind me of one of the best days of my life. Each statue, curtain and fire-exit sign constantly remind me of the day I performed there. Every time someone walks through the door; I begin to think how that door also leads to the dressing rooms, or to backstage. Most theatres share an almost identical scent. A musty, old-fashioned, vintage kind of smell. It’s neither a horrid nor gorgeous smell, but changing it to a new-car or leather smell would ruin the essence and eerie atmosphere of the theatre, and would entirely change the play. The strong but relaxing scent is a soothing lavender smell; capable of sending me to sleep. The stale aroma, along with the title of the musical, reminds me of a particular night at my grandparents’ house. Six people. Three singing in harmony, two enjoying popcorn, and one asleep. We’ve decided to go outside. It’s hard communicating at the moment between all the laughter about that older woman who clutched my fathers arm. The journey to outside the theatre is amazing. Curtains, carpets, wallpaper: all velvet and particularly inspiring my mother for interior design ideas. Now outside; a warm London evening, 8pm, reminds me a great deal of being back in La Palma. The warm breeze makes me wish every night were like this. I love the fact I can take off my cardigan through the night. 5 minutes until we go back inside. I can’t hold my excitement! The thought of seeing another hour or so of one of the best musicals I’ve ever seen makes me want to run inside and ask if they can start it 5 minutes early. I’m looking forward to seeing the show, however, the thought of seeing the Phantoms mask again can be quite spine-chilling. The almost-deformed and burnt-looking mask makes me wonder if the face underneath will ever be revealed.

Question: strange dream, VERY vivid, and long, unnusual? i heard that most dreams last forno more than 10-30 seconds, but when my brother disrupted my sleep this morning i remember the whole event of the dream, a lot had happened and i dont understand what it meant. in waking life i have had an argument with my friend stacey, and in the dream i was a girl called stacey, though i looked NOTHING like her. something had happened where i was afraid of a man who turned out to be my dad (in the dream, my real dad looked nothing like the dream man) i was standing on a lawn in a shallow stream of water with a mermaid statue in the middle. it was stationery at the time, it was made out of pieces of dark mirror and glass, like a 3D mosaic, and it had an angry expression. a woman came out and started hanging out washing, i called her mum, but she isnt my real mum in waking life. i told her i was scared and said 'ive hurt, him, i stabbed him and i locked him in, he cant get us. i hope.' she carried on with what she was doing, and i turned to see the mermaid open its mouth, it raised its hands to its mouth, but one was missing, it started cradling its stumpy arm and then went still again. the man appeared with the mermids hand sticking in his stomach, he pulled it out and its fingers were sharp like claws, he threw it onto the floor where it smashed and the mermaid started writhing around, the water was splashing up, but when it hit me it was blood, the man was begging for forgiveness, and grabbed hold of my leg, i shook him off and stood near the mermaid, but i was terrified of being so close to it, but more so of being anywhere near this man who was supposed to be my dad. he suddenly stopped crying and said 'well then stacey, you know what i must do.' he picked up a cone like thing which he put his arm in, its was like a short jousting stick and was made out of the dark glass mirror mosaic stuff, he sobbed 'im sorry' then charged at me, aiming the spike at me. i ran, jumped and felt a lot of pain, my skin had split open on my back and wings came out- i knew there were wings but didnt see them at this point. I then soared onto the garage roof of this building. he crashed into the mermaid who grabbed hold of his neck and started to take bits of him off his body, starting with his fingers she pulled them off, curled up and began to eat the fingers. he shrieked when she hurt him, but seemed relieved when less of him was there. i stood on the roof watching with 2 feathered wings stretching out, when only his head was left he said 'how could you be?' i said, 'an angel? i know...' the mermaid cracked his head open on a rock like a chucky egg and started licking the insides, he said 'that's my little girl' then he finally died, and there were red eyes in the distance, wolves surrounded the building and i took flight, but i was losing altitude and the wolves had metal shining teeth, they were snapping at my ancles and my wings were beginning to feel very heavy, i couldnt flap them and i got closer to the wolves, there was a cathedral made out of the same dark glass mirror mosaic stuff laying on its side and i watched myself drifting closer and closer to the glass, i closed my eyes so i couldnt see the glass, but just before i crashed through a stained glass window, my brother shouted me, i woke up, and i was really freaked out, my spine was tingling and i even checked the floor for a wolf, i realise that was a stupid thing to do now, but i was still half alseep and groggy! does anyone have any idea what this action packed dream was about? the theme seemed to be this glass mirror mosaic stuff, it gave off bad vibes, like you knew you mustnt go near it, but at the same time it wasnt evil, there were worse things out there, like the wolves with metal teeth and red eyes. everything was dark aswell, there were no positive things in this dream. what do you think some of these things might symbolise?
