Question: What's a place in the world where in a proceeding you don't have the right to an interpreter? In the canadian charter it says that a party/witness in any proceeding that doesn't understand/speak the language of the proceeding, or is deaf has the right to the assistance of an interpreter. Where isn't this true?

Answer: Most of the rest of the world.
