The court said that I was suppose to go back to court two years ago, and they never sent me anything, and now there's a capias warrant out they said. Answer: I believe if the police are familiar with the suspect and know where that person can be found then he will be arrested otherwise only if he gets in trouble for something else.

Would i really get subject to an arrest?

Answer: Yes you can be arrested. Police either come to your house and get you or next time you get pulled over by the police. Not only that but you just put yourself on the bad side of the judge. If you have legal stuff going on you don't want to piss off the judge.
