Motions
Written or verbal appeals to the court for some sort of temporary relief, such as maintenance, child support, attorney's fees, etc.
Question: What are the specific motions of the right hip and pelvis involved in the right leg of a javelin throw? What are the specific motions of the right hip and pelvis involved in the right leg of a javelin throw?
Analyze the motions of the right hip and pelvis involved in a Javelin throw. Base your analysis as if you were looking at the beginning and end of that particular phase of the movement and you are assuming the joint motion in between.
Answer: The bump and grind??
Question: When an incarcerated felon motions the court. How long does the court have to give a respond? When an incarcerated felon motions the court. How long does the court have to give a respond, before the motion is automatically grated in the favor of the petitionor?
Answer: I do not believe there is an automatic period if the court does not answer you will have it granted. You must understand that whatever the motion is for(I wish I had more details) The Court usually takes up to 90 days. but there are other things that the court can say such as Court Congestion, etc. The Court does not play fair so your argument must be both Legally and factually strong. You have one strike being the person is incarcerated. I need more info but I hope this helped u.
Question: What aspect of the motions with respect to the Sun distinguish Mercury Venus from the other planets? The planets that can be observed with the naked eye—Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn—move with respect to the fixed stars and with respect to the Sun.
What are the received values for the distances of the planets (including the Earth) from the Sun?
What aspect of the motions with respect to the Sun, observed over time with the naked eye, distinguish Mercury and Venus from the other planets?
Answer: Mercury and Venus do not demonstrate apparent retrograde movement. They move faster than the other planets. But when a planet slower than Earth, like Mars, gets passed by Earth, it appears to move backwards in the sky. Click this link and scroll down for an animation of this apparent motion.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apparent_re…
Mercury and Venus move with the Sun as it moves across the sky, when viewed from Earth. They are closer to the Sun than the Earth, and they orbit the Sun, so they move with it. They rise around when the Sun rises and they set sometime around when the Sun sets.
Sometimes, Mercury and Venus move between the Sun and the Earth. They are said to transit the Sun when this happens.
This chart has the mean distance from all the planets to the Sun, measured in kilometers and astronomical units. Earth, for example, is 149,597,890 km from the Sun, or 1 AU. An AU is defined as the distance from the Earth to the Sun.

Question: Why do cats make poop burying motions after they eat canned food? Sometimes after eating, Spot will make the same motions that she makes after she poops. Do cats bury uneaten food, or does she hate the canned stuff from Wal*Mart?

Question: How often to use motions protein reconstructor? I have motions protein reconstructor that I used after my relaxer. Can I use it every two weeks when i was my hair or would that be too much?
For anyone whose used this product before, it doesnt leave the hair brittle but in fact very soft so i figured it would be a good deep condition.
If you disagree with using this product that often, could you suggest some deep conditioners that are good for preventing split ends and strengthening the hair?
Answer: Greetings llSimpson!
Your first task in to assess the needs of your hair. Meaning, is your hair dry/dull and in need of moisture & shine or is your hair limp/lifeless and in need of more body & texture. There are two types of deep conditioning treatments that professional hairdressers employ to solve challenges with customers hair after chemical services for healthy hair maintenance.
One deep penetrating conditioner is a protein reconstructor designed to repair the inner structure of the hairshaft and increase the body of the hair. If used too often, it can actually cause the hair to become dry & brittle.
The other is a deep penetrating moisture treatment - this replenishes moisturizes within the inner part of the hair shaft and adds shine to the outer portion of said hairshaft. If used too often, it can actually cause the hair to become limp and lifeless.
Therefore, my suggestion is quite simple: Get both a protein and a moisture deep conditioner from the same brand and alternate their use (every other week switch from one to the other). Be sure to leave such conditioners on for 20 minutes so full penetration and optimum results can occur, if you are not using a heat source.
In your service,
Maximilian
Question: What are some good ways to make my cheerleading motions tight? Every time I do the routine for our competition I can't make my motions tight without my hands and wrists twisting into weird positions. Every time I do the motions without dancing I'm tighter than everyone else.
Answer: I know what you mean. I cheer for Football at my school but I'm also on the competition team. When I'm just cheering, my motions are extremely tight. But when I'm doing the competition routine, my arms tend to get lose.
Stand in front of a mirror and practice the basic motions: High V, Low V, T, Broken T, Daggers, High TouchDown, Low Touchdown, Hips. Practice those until you can feel your arms getting tight. You should able to feel in your arms how much you are sqeezing them. Eventually it will come naturally to you and you won't even feel the tightening in your arm.
Then practice your competition routine, in front of the mirror. Not all the moves have to be super tight but most of them should be. Keep doing them, feeling the tightness in your motions.
Like I said it will come naturally if you just practice. I came into high school with loose motions and a very quiet voice. Going into my junior year, I have some of the tightest motions and the loudest voice on the squad.
Good Luck!
Question: How long can you keep a Motions hair relaxer between touch-ups? I have had the little tub of Motions hair relaxer for about 2 months and I still have a lot left. I don't want to waste it, but don't know if it's safe to keep around for that long being that it's been exposed to air.
Answer: Of course primarily, you ought to pick any assorted relaxer
Question: What did Kepler introduce into the equation that allowed for the irregular planetary motions? What did Kepler introduce into the equation that allowed for the irregular planetary motions? (hint: it is a shape!). What are Kepler's Laws? What is eccentricity?
Answer: Correct, BUT:
An ellipse is a plane curve that results from the intersection of a cone by a plane in a way that produces a closed curve.
Note however that even a circle is a special cases of ellipse, obtained when the cutting plane is perpendicular to the cone's axis.
So don't think that circles and ellipses are different.
Question: Why is it suggested to apply cream and moisturizers on your face in circular motions? Is there supposed to be some sort of logic to why it is to be applied in circular motions? Thanks for any info you can supply.
Answer: it helps stimulate blood flow and circulation
Question: What leg motions can be done after an anterolateral total hip replacement? Person had a total hip replacement (anterolatera). What are stable leg motions?
Answer: Any necessary movement restrictions or precautions would be communicated to the patient by the surgeon and reinforced by the physical therapist. Those people are your best source of this information because they know what the surgeon did and how he did it.
I've had my hips replaced and had several restrictions & precautions imposed on me for several months. I believe that the surgical approach used on me was posterior or posterolateral and that the restrictions in my particular situation wouldn't be appropriate for someone who had anterior. Anterior or anterolateral approaches call for a different set of restrictions (or maybe none at all). Another effect of the anterolateral approach is that the patient may limp more or longer.
This explains surgical approaches:

This lists some of the possible precautions with the caveat that one should always discuss these with the doctor:

Question: What are the lyrics to the Matthew West song-The Motions? I would like the lyrics(yes, every word, lol) to the matthew West song "The Motions" This song is special to me. Even if you just give me a link to a website filled with lyrics for songs.
Thanks a lot and 10points for the best answer!
Answer: The Motions
This might hurt, it's not safe
But I know that I've gotta make a change
I don't care if I break,
At least I'll be feeling something
'Cause just okay is not enough
Help me fight through the nothingness of life
I don't wanna go through the motions
I don't wanna go one more day
without Your all consuming passion inside of me
I don't wanna spend my whole life asking,
"What if I had given everything,
instead of going through the motions?"
No regrets, not this time
I'm gonna let my heart defeat my mind
Let Your love make me whole
I think I'm finally feeling something
'Cause just okay is not enough
Help me fight through the nothingness of this life
'Cause I don't wanna go through the motions
I don't wanna go one more day
without Your all consuming passion inside of me
I don't wanna spend my whole life asking,
"What if I had given everything,
[ Matthew West Lyrics are found on www.songlyrics.com ]
instead of going through the motions?"
take me all the way (take me all the way)
take me all the way ('cause I don't wanna go through the motions)
take me all the way (I know I'm finally feeling something real)
take me all the way
I don't wanna go through the motions
I don't wanna go one more day
without Your all consuming passion inside of me
I don't wanna spend my whole life asking,
"What if I had given everything,
instead of going through the motions?"
I don't wanna go through the motions
I don't wanna go one more day
without Your all consuming passion inside of me
I don't wanna spend my whole life asking,
"What if I had given everything,
instead of going through the motions?"
take me all the way (take me all the way)
take me all the way (I don't wanna go, I don't wanna go)
take me all the way (through the motions)
take me all the way
I don't wanna go through the motions
Question: What are the correct motions for stopping a car? What are the correct motions for stopping a car at a junction or que (not at lights where you must put handbrake on), including gear change and braking order.
The situation is where you are approaching stopped traffic in front and you know you must stop, you are approaching in 3rd at 20mph at a safe distance.
I know that now you are not supposed to go down throught the gears any more but please can someone help me out?
Thanks
Answer: Hi
I'm a driving instructor in the uk.Your question is not easy to answer as there are different ways to approach the same situation. If you stop at lights or anywhere else for that matter you must hold the car with the handbrake as you said, otherwise it is a fault. The correct approach to traffic queueing in front of you is..................check the rear view mirror and gently and progressively use the footbrake. If it's clear that you will have to stop at the end of the queue as you near the car in front push the clutch down and from 3rd gear select 1st gear.Keep clutch down and brake to a stop and apply handbrake.
Hope that helps?
Question: How did Copernicus explain the retrograde motions of the planets? How did Copernicus explain the retrograde motions of the planets?
Answer: Copernicus did away with epicycles to explaining retrograde motion. When the Earth catches up with and passes a superior planet like Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn in its faster orbit around the sun, the superior planet appears to be moving backward in retrograde motion. This is very similar to passing a slower moving car on the interstate, The slower moving car is going forward at 55 mph, but when you pass it going 65 to mph, it looks like the 55 mph car is going backwards.

Question: Is it true that moving your scalp in circular motions with your fingertips reduces hair loss? Is it true that moving your scalp in circular motions with your fingertips reduces hair loss? This hair stylist told me that moving your scalp with fingertips in circular motions will reduce the hair loss and strength the hair, because tight scalp is bad for your hair, by moving it you keep the blood flowing to the hair follicles . I just want to know if this is true?
Answer: actually, yes, it is true. because your moving your scalp, it increases blood flow to that area, increasing hair follicle growth.
Question: Is there a website to find legal wordings of different motions for family court? I am being my own lawyer and am going to file a motion in a family court case. I want to make sure I have all the legal wording correct... is there a place to look at typical legal wording for motions that are filed in family court?
Answer: Most counties in the US have some sort of legal library either paid for by their court system or affiliated with a university. These libraries have form books.
Doing this kind of thing with no legal training is pretty difficult. If this is about your children, there is nothing more important. So hire a lawyer and figure out a way to pay for it.
Question: would there be any different if the projectile motions conducted using the ball made from wood? If this experiment of projectile motions is conducted using the ball made from wood compared to steel ball, would there be any different in the results?. Explain.
Answer: If air resistance is neglected, there is no difference what material the projectile is made out of.
Take a look at the equations describing projectile motions. Note that there is no mention of "m" -- mass of the projectile -- in any of the equations/formulas.
The absence of "m" clearly indicates that the motion is independent of the mass of the projectile itself. This being so, it is a clear indication that the material which a projectile is made out of is not a factor to consider.
Hope this helps.
Question: What are parallel motions with thirds and tenths? I'm trying to learn how to play scales and i don't know what these parallel motions are. their too close together to be using two hands but it shows it as using two hands.
Answer: / / or \ \ is parallel.
if you are talking piano, scales in thirds, and tenths, played simultaneously up with both hands, down with both hands.
Thirds (in C) left hand 5th finger on C, Right hand third finger on E.
Start up using usual fingering for each hand. The top (I recommend three octaves, accents in triplets) is also C and E. Descend as usual. (All you are really doing different is starting the right hand on the 3rd of the scale instead of the Tonic.)
Tenths (are split thirds)
Same as above, but Right hand is on E one octave higher than the above description.
The whole idea of the thirds (close) is to play both hands close together. There is no law or regulation your hands cannot be that close together when playing a keyboard. It happens all the time.
best regards, p.b.
