Necessaries
The common law doctrine that if a person who owes another person the duty of support and fails to support such person, he becomes liable to third parties who provide necessaries such as the grocer and utility company to person owed a duty of support.. The dollar amounts are limited and vary from state to state. The better practice is to get a temporary order of support.

Question: Is following item likely to be regarded as "necessaries" under common law, when purchased by a minor Work clothes made by a tailor for going to work.
Explain whether it is necessaries or it is not?
Answer: No. Work clothes are regarded as "necessaries" under common law, BUT not 'TAILOR' made. The extra cost of having a tailor make your clothes is not necessary, especially as you can purchase the same type clothing off the rack. So, work clothes are necessary; tailor made work clothes are NOT necessary.
Question: Can a minor disaffirm a contract for non-necessaries in MN?
Also, do you know a website where I can find this law?
Answer: I checked MN case law on this on my legal search engine. I agree with the first answer and according to Minnesota law, minors can enter into a contract but it is voidable on the simple grounds that the person is not an adult. If the person continues to perform under the contract after they become an adult, the contract might be considered to be re-affirmed by performance. The portion about "non-neccessaries" doesn't appear to be relevant. If you're not an adult, you can break any contract of any type. This was a fairly sparse question, so my answer is based only on the fact the contract was entered into by a person the law considers to be a child.

Question: When is an sensable time for comming up with a name, buying the necessaries, for the newborn?
Answer: Start discussing with your partner if the name is important to them so you know if they want to have input, then start jotting down variations and saying it as if you are talking to your child, see if it rolls off your tongue and feels right. Remember you and everyone else will be calling them this the rest of their lives.
I recommend do this at least a month before your due date, you get the room set up ,and register at Wal-Mart or Babies-R- Us, then see what you get at your shower. Top things I needed diapers (Huggies are much better than pampers as far a absorbtion and keeping baby dry), wipes & wipes warmer, feet in onesies, hats, long sleeve gowns and t-shirts, socks, wash clothes hooded towels,( wash all of the new clothes in all free,or any detergent without scents or dyes. Dreft is too expensive $20 for 200oz, the gift basket with baby wash, lotions, and all the essentials, get the travel system it's more expensive to buy the carrier and stroller separate, and have your bag packed with your essentials, feminine napkins, toiletries, pajamas, houseshoes, if you intend to breatfeed- a my brest friend breastfeeding pillow, a camera, babies come home outfit and your favorite snacks and stuff. Good Luck. ;)

Question: a person with mental incompetence is not liable for necessaries that he or she buys? true or false
Answer: Yes. See other answer to your same question. Note again, a child is in competent to contract, but food and housing has to be paid for.
Question: Are emancipated minor's contract for necessaries valid? yes or no and why?
Answer: Yes. A minor can contract for reasonable necessities, such as food, clothing and basic shelter. They can repudiate any other contract at the time of majority.
An emancipated minor has been declared a legal adult by the court! They are considered legally to be at the age of majority, so they can legally contract for not only necessities, but anything else as well. They can not repudiate the contract!!
This allows a minor to provide the basic needs for themselves if necessary. For example, if a 17 year old is traveling alone, they can rent a hotel room for the night! This is a contract for shelter. They can not claim later that they repudiate the contract, and get their money back! They used the service (shelter) and are bound by the contract!
With emancipation, they have all rights and responsibilities of an adult. They are no longer considered a minor in the eyes of the law when it comes to contracts!

Question: If most Christians believe baptism in water unnecessary to be saved? Why not go for the save and skip the necessaries ?
Example: If I did need a key to open a door, why use a key if I could get in without it ?
Answer: We are saved by grace through our faith in Christ Jesus, and the Bible is clear on that. There are no other "necessities". There is no checklist of requirements (Ephesians 2:8, John 3:16, Romans 4:5). God loves you and wants you to be with Him.
If you're interested and have the time, here's a brief message with Pete Briscoe ( http://www.tellingthetruth.org/ ) as he illustrates the gift of salvation. It's about 9 minutes:

Peace be with you!
Edit:
This is not a "license to sin" message. When we receive Jesus, we are spiritually alive. We enter into a new relationship with God, and we have the gift of the Holy Spirit who sanctifies us. We are not instantly perfect; however, Christ dwells in our hearts and lives, and we no longer want to sin. We grow in our love for God and our fellow human beings, and the love that flows from our hearts bears the fruit of love in what we say and do.
Edit 2:
Baptism signifies our entering into a covenant of grace with God.

Edit 3:
@ Mark 16:16
Belief is the central point of faith in this verse. One could say that one who believes and reads the Bible is saved; but, it is faith that saves and not reading the Bible. That's why there is a second part to this verse about who is not saved. Notice that baptism is not mentioned; there is no "he who is not baptized will not be saved." So, what is missing for a person who is not saved? Faith alone. What must a person have to be saved? Faith alone.
Question: home theater system necessaries? what are the esentials
Answer: The essentials:
- 5 tone-matched speakers from a REAL speaker company. They do not have to be music quality so the lower end is fine, but they should match.
- A good subwoofer (the secret to an impressive subwoofer). SVS Woofers, HSU Research or a subwoofer kit from www.partsexpress.com
- A source of HD material: antenna, cable or Sat.
- PS3 as a BluRay player
- Cables from www.bluejeanscables.com
- Spool of 12 ga speaker wire from www.partsexpress.com
- Radio Shack SPL meter and a copy of "Digital Video Essential" to calibrate the TV and adjust the speaker levels.
This represents my best advice for good quality w/o high prices.

Question: Can anyone give me approximate costs for converting an old school bus to an RV? I want to convert an old diesel school bus to an RV. I have found many vehicles that fit the bill on ebay, and a few other places. I figure I'll be paying $1,000-3,000 for the vehicle itself. I was wondering if anyone who has done this before, or knows someone who has, might be able to give me approximate costs. I want to mount solar panels on the roof. I will be doing most of the work myself, and have people to help me, so I will not be paying anyone for labor. I want to put in a sink, toilet and shower (and all the necessary equipment like water tank and heater, etc), build in some bunk beds and put in a propane heater and stove, a refrigerator and so forth. I have found different info on different websites that range anywhere from about 10,000 to 40,000. While I want all the necessaries, the idea is to do it as economical as possible. If anyone could give me a more narrow range it would be greatly appreciated.
Answer: Who can tell? There's too much to figure. Things usually cost more when time comes to getting the work done.
Maybe you should consider another route.
Question: How fast until your in Boot Camp? Once all the paperwork is finished and set, how long does it usually take until you can leave for boot camp? I heard some people wait for a few months. Why would it take that long after you finished all of the necessaries.
Answer: it depends if they have an opening, with the economy the way it is people have found the military as the only way to provide for their family. so their are more service men and women now and that makes the wait longer. its like a class room if the class is full you have to wait for the next one. and your paper work is no where near done. when you go to ship out you ll have a whole lot more. make it easy and keep everything, seriously your life in an envelope and if your paper work is done you should have a print out of your ship out date and your MOS on it so you should know your ship out date by now, if you did meps and were sworn in
Question: Does anyone know a site with the Japanese terms for pregnancy or labor problems and procedures? It just seems that it'll be easier in an emergency if I can point at the Japanese word for what I mean on a printout, and the hospital staff can also point at it so I can look at the translation. But it's difficult to find such a thing, I've been looking for ages!
It would be good if it already had an English translation, but if not I could probably find out most of the necessaries online. There's all sorts of info out there, but nothing helpful!
Thanks in advance for any useful answers!
