Question: How long after court do you start community service? I was convicted of shoplifiting from walmart. It was only around 40 dollers worth of stuff but i have to go to court and do community service more then likely. How long after court would i start community service? My court date is in may but i am planning on going to florida in the beginning of june and am not sure if community service would interfere with this. Do i get to decide which days to do the community service or does the court?
Answer: The court will tell you when you have to start, and what the ending date is, or how many hours you need. Sometimes how long you have to do community service depends on how quickly you can get the amount of needed hours in, and sometimes they give you a certain number of days and months you have to do it. The court will tell you everything you need to know when you go. I doubt you'll be able to make your trip to Florida unfortunately. You'll most likely be placed on some form of probation, and hence will not be able to leave the area without permission.
Question: Do you think a business acquaintance service can be a profitable industry? Everyone has some business acquiantance that can help others to do successful business.
How to let all of them know each other.
Business acquitantance service may do it.
Big business service ? Profitbale business service ?

Answer: Networking. In your instance, pooling together all business acquaintances for mutual exchange of ideas and support. Sounds great, go for it. Good luck and success, my friend.
Question: What is a good service to use to sell your photographic prints online? What is a good online service to use to sell your photographic prints. Some of the features that I look for:
1. Upload of images (high-res) is easy and reliable
2. I get most of the money from selling the print (>65%)
3. I have my online store front
4. I can set my own prices.
5. The service prints the photo and ships it to the buyer
6. They should print any size photos (including panoramic prints)
Answer: With Smug Mug, you'll have to pay for an annual service, but after a wedding or two it'll pay for itself.
You can do everything you mentioned in your list of 6 options and you'll be very pleased with the print quality. One feature I like especially is the option of printing a special message on the back of the prints.
I share a Smug Mug account with a group of about 6 photographers (GuyBehindtheCamera) and I've seriously considered moving my photos to my own SmugMug exclusively.
If you do decide to use SmugMug, look around for a discount code -at one point it was "flickr", but I'm sure there's another one now.
Good luck with whatever you choose :)
Question: Community Service Ideas with which I can practice Management skills? I am in a management class at a university. One of the assignment is to form a group with classmates and do some community service with which we can practice our management skills such as planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. We have 5 members in our team. Any good ideas?
Answer: Matching volunteers, including yourselves, to needs in your community would be a good way; most areas have nothing like a clearing house. for people or products. (Money-raising activities are, sorry, a dime a dozen.) You could also volunteer with smaller community service agencies to trouble-shoot their logistical bottlenecks. A transportation system to get willing volunteers to the places that need their help is a need in most towns.
Question: How can being of service to others make one great ? How can being of service to others make one great ?
how can service to others make you great?
Answer: being of service to others isnt about being great, but it is about fulfilling something.
everyone is created with special gifts and abilities and when people share what they are individually given, it makes the world symbiotic. If the aspects of myself that can help others are left to be unused, then I am unfulfilled and others suffer as well.
Being of service to others makes the world more seamless. It helps take away pain and doubt and fear, both in those less fortunate is certain ways, and those more fortunate.
Question: Community Service Ideas for a junior in highschool? I have really been thinking about volunteering somewhere because i really want to. I am out of ideas? Do people usually have community service reflect their interests? If so, I am very interested in the arts, and the field of advertising and design, media, etc.
I was wanting to do something different, and at the same time let it include my interests. I also like watching classic movies- and as a teen I don't think it is very common (for teenagers). I think classic movies teach great lessons.
Could I possibly do something involving that?
PLEASE HELP? I am so confused.
Answer: Hi there,
First off, I just want to tell you that I think it's great that you've decided that you want to volunteer. So many teenagers today have to be pushed into doing volunteer work so KUDOS to you! :-)
Here is the link to a website that I have found very useful. People and organizations list their volunteer opportunities and you can refine your search to include zip code as well as interest (I know Arts & Culture is an option for interests): www.volunteermatch.org.
Best of luck and don't lose that passion!!!

Thanks for the input, that means if i were to do 20 years, it would start when I am 22 or so, not when I join the Academy.

I would like to be able to walk up to any bus stop and be able to tell by looking at the posted information exactly what I need to do to get to where I need to go. I would like for buses to come every 20 minutes (three times an hour). And I would like to be able to ride my bike on any road safely.
Actually, that's how it is here in Germany -- I wish it was that way in the USA. It not only makes my life easier, but keeps the air clean!
Question: What is the average food serving size for the average dog? In GRAMS only, what is the average food serving size for the average dog? I'm doing an assignment and all I need is the overall average, not the amount for each type of dog.
Answer: Pick a brand of food that appropriate for you dog then read the feeding chart at the side of the bag. Normally it goes by the size and weight of a dog. You can split the feeding suggestion into half then feed one half in the morning and the other half in the evening. This way will be easier for your dog to digest.

Answer: Artificial sweeteners are marketed with the promise of weight control, and the vast majority of people who consume them do so to either lose or avoid gaining weight. Folks, this is a fraud of gigantic proportions.
From 1960 to l976, there was virtually no change in the number of Americans who were overweight: roughly 24 percent of the population. However, from the mid l980s to the present, this number has more than doubled to 54 percent! this coincides with the massive infusion of noncaloric chemical sweeteners and sugar-free "diet" foods that are eaten by close to three-quarters of the adult population.
Although several factors contribute to these alarming statistics, I am convinced that our blind acceptance of the most popular of these artificial sweeteners, aspartame (NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful), plays a significant role in our current weight problems. Far from helping us lose weight, aspartame has been proven to increase appetite, especially cravings for sweets. Imagine "diet" products that help you pack on extra pounds! And aspartame's downside doesn't end with weight gain: This sweetener is associated with multiple health problems.............

Question: What time does Olive Garden start serving alcohol? Quite a while ago I went to an Olive Garden around 2 PM and ordered an alcoholic drink. They brought me the non-alcoholic version instead because apparently they don't start serving alcohol until a specific time of day. Does anyone know what time that is? I'm sure it varies by restaurant but if you have some idea I'd like to know.
Answer: I'm sure that this is going to vary in different places. I live in Sherwood, AR and they serve alcohol everyday at anytime. They have a license to do that and our laws here allow them to. Some places they may not be able to serve alcohol at all, or maybe, some places can't serve it on Sunday. The best idea here is to look them up on Yellowpages.com and give them a call and ask someone who works there to make sure you get an answer from someone who knows for sure.

Question: A recipe for the spicy chili mix added at serving time in restaurants? Most Chinese serving establishments when I ask for "very spicy" bring out a pepper sauce halfway betwween a paste and liquid.
They say this is what they add in the kitchen to Szechwan and Kung Pao at serving time to adjust the heat.
What is the recipe for this?
Answer: It is Sambal Olek (Chili Paste). Sambal is to Asian cuisine what salsa is to Mexican cooking: a fiery-hot condiment served at every meal. You can buy it in the asian food isle or you can make it yourself:
1 c Chiles, red, hot, dried;
-Stemmed And Seeded
4 ea Garlic cloves; halved
2 sm Onion; chopped coarse
1/2 c Sugar, granulated
1/2 c Lemon Juice
1/2 c Water
1 ts Salt
In a blender or food processor, combine chiles,
garlic, onion, sugar, lemon juice, water and
salt;whirl until onions are finely minced. Pour
mixture into a 1 to 2 quart pan and cook over medium

Question: What time in the night do bars and restaraunts stop serving food? I know each establishment has their own policy, but from your own dining experiences or from your own experience working at one or just from general knowledge, what time do they stop serving food and close the kitchen? Will they serve food later on New Year's eve?
Answer: The do have varying hours, including by day of the week. What normally sets the hours on a normal day is how many customers each location pulls in late at night. Generallly those that normally stay open are near live theaters and sometimes movie theaters or similiar venues. It also seems that they close early in the suburbs and stay open longer in the city.
Those restaurants who stay open for New Years will either serve until close to midnight or will only offer appetizers. Most of them will offer appetizers only. Don't expect quick service because they often would have only one or two people working the kitchen that late. That said, the Fridays always keeps their kitchen open, perhaps past midnight. z
