Question: dissolution? if i live in ohio, and i file for dissolution from my husband........he lives in different state...does he have to appear for me to get a dissolution.
Answer: I'm not sure about Ohio however in most states he has to be served either in person or through registered mail that he must sign for. If he's military then through his command. If he abandoned you, then your lawyer would file through the last known address you had on him and through the news paper. After which time it is shown that reasonable attempt has been made for service, the Judge will usually award the dissolution and whatever terms had been requested.
Unfortunately in most cases you have to give the partner a chance to respond for a dissolution. I would check with a local legal service like legal clinic, most of them can be found in the yellow pages and with give an initial consultation free.

Question: What exactly happened to make the dissolution of Prussia happen? I want to know what exactly happened that caused the dissolution of Prussia and what happened around that time. I heard about it once and was wondering what happened ever since.
Thank you!
Answer: Prussia wasn't dissolved.
Following victory in the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-71, the leaders of other German states agreed to a united Germany, with the king of Prussia becoming Kaiser (emperor) of the new, unified Germany. The heads of the other states comprising the new nation all kept their titles.
So, Prussia wasn't dissolved, it became part of a larger, fully unified German state.
Question: What happens in the senate after a double dissolution? On normal elections, half the senate is dissolved and the other half stay, in turn giving senators a 6 year term. But what decides who gets a 3 year term and who gets a 6 year term after a double dissolution?
Answer: In the event of a deadlock in Parliament the Prime Minister could approach the Governor General to seek the dissolution of Parliament.
Then an election is held. In this election all of the Senators face election at the same time.
If a double dissolution election were to take place such that the Senators were elected in the year before 1 July 2010, their term would commence from 1 July 2009. The short term Senators would then be up for election during the year 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012 (Constitution s.13).
I hope this helps

Question: How to Go About a Dissolution in OHIO? My wife and I are talking about a Dissolution of Marriage in the State of Ohio. (Therefore, those who do not know about the Ohio laws need not answer because this is a serious question.) How do we begin?
Answer: In any state you begin at an attorneys office. I would recommend a separate attorney for each of you.
Question: Why are some parts of a dissolution decree modifiable and others not? What parts of the dissolution decree can I modify and what parts are nonmodifiable?
Answer: It depends.
Generally, to justify a request for a modification there must be a significant change of circumstances and it can only apply to current and future actions.
Specifically, in a dissolution decree both parties agreed (and were then ordered) to maintain whole life insurance on themselves with their ex-spouses as the beneficiary. Neither realized how expensive whole life insurance was. The ex wife demanded that her husband buy a policy. He refused on the grounds that he couldn't afford it and she hadn't purchased the policy either. She purchased term life insurance and tried to modify the decree to order HIM to obtain the same kind of policy. The court decided against this.
In another decree, the spouse was awarded a considerable amount of spousal maintenance/support each month that was to continue until she died or remarried. After five years, the working spouse became disabled and had to move into a different job that paid considerably less. He moved to modify the decree based on his significant change in financial and physical circumstances. The court significantly reduced the amount of monthly maintenance and only ordered it to continue for another nine months.
You cannot modify things like property division.

Question: How long does it take for dissolution of marriage to be finalized? How long after can I remarry in California? I have been married for 3 years, separated from my husband for 2 1/2, we finally did our dissolution of marriage, he wants to remarry and so do I. How long does it take for the dissolution of marriage take to be finalized after your six months? And how long must you wait after to remarry?
Answer: There is no waiting period in CA so as soon as your divorce is final you can get married the next day if you want.
My husband discovered that his divorce from his first wife wasn't final 2 months before our wedding was supposed to happen. I just about died thinking we weren't going to be able to get our marriage license and get married but they we're able to re-file the paperwork and they we're "officially" divorced about 10 days before our wedding happened. We got our marriage license the very next day and got married as scheduled. I thought I was going to have a heart attack but since there is no waiting period in CA you can marry as soon as your divorce is final.
Question: Does Hydrogen bonding aid in the dissolution of polar molecules in water? I'm studying for my allied health chem class, and I really need to know:
Does Hydrogen bonding aid in the dissolution of polar molecules in water?
&
Is the dissolution of an electrolyte considered a chemical change? I'm leaning towards no, but I still want to be sure before I commit it to memory.
Answer: Hydrogen bonding does aid in the dissolution of polar molecules in water. As the "rule" states, "like dissolves like" meaning that a polar molecular will dissolve other polar molecules. To take the explanation a bit further, the water molecules have a dipole moment (slightly negative charge on the oxygen while slightly positive charge on the hydrogens) which will "bond" with the oppositely charged molecular ions being dissolved in the solution. For example, NaCl will separate into Na+ and Cl-, where the oxygen of water will orientate towards the Na+ and the hydrogens towards the Cl-. This is a favorable physical change (as the compounds have not undergone any sort of chemical change, i.e. change of charge) due to the entropy principle (yes, the molecules are organized with the water but separated from each other).
Question: How does the kinetic theory of matter affect the solubility and the speed of dissolution? and the speed of dissolution?
ok so test tmr morning dammit!! forgot my textbook at school im in 7th grd. so please explain at a level i can understand thxxx! and if you know the vocab in french that'd be even better. but english is good enough for me. THX SO MUCHOSS :D
Answer: kinetic energy has to do with speed. the faster moelcules move the more material will be dissolved. simple
Question: How do I write dissolution equations? I need to write the dissolution equations for 0.50 mol strontium nitrate in water and 0.50 mol sodium phosphate in water. I also need to indicate the total number of moles of solute ions formed.
Answer: Sr(NO3)2 >> Sr2+ + 2 NO3-
Moles Sr2+ = 0.50
Moles NO3- = 2 x 0.50 = 1.0
Na3PO4 >> 3 Na+ + PO43-
Moles Na+ = 3 x 0.50 = 1.50
Moles PO43- = 0.50
Question: Chemistry Problem: What is the net ionic equation of a dissolution of salt in water? What is the net ionic equation of a dissolution of salt in water?Basically we added salt in water and we want to know the net ionic equation for this.
Answer: NaCl(s) + H2O(l) ----> H2O(l) + Na+(aq) + Cl-(aq)
This is the Ionic equation. Since H2O are on both sides of the equation and in the same state (both in the liquid state). They can be cancelled out to get a net ionic equation of:
NaCl(s) -----> Na+(aq) + Cl-(aq)
Question: Is there a form to request judge to enter a final dissolution of marriage due to all forms turned in? Is there a form to request judge to enter a final dissolution of marriage due to all forms being turned in? If so, where can I find a sample form?
