You need to be the type of person who presents themselves well, carries themselves well. Someone who has a positive attitude that gives one the feeling of trust & "know how". A well organized office also speaks well for any business person. Clutter give one the opinion of do they really know where things are or do they spend time routing thru tons of file folders that just plain need to be filed away in an orderly fashion, To me this does give off an impression of a person being orderly or in disarray, Physical neatness of a person too speaks well for them. Check out their website (if they've got one); check with the local Better Business Bureau, then call them - ask questions. Once you've narrowed it down to 3 or 4 then go see them -- there's nothing like a face-to-face meeting to get a feel for a person.
