Question: How is Coca-Cola the dominant soft drink if Pepsi is mostly approved among the public? I mean, Coca-Cola wins in most online polls against Pepsi and sells more. But more people online like Pepsi better. Although I like Coke better as it has a more crisp taste, it is odd which is the superior cola.
I suppose it is brand loyalty as Coke has possibly the most recognized logo in the world. Pepsi, however, has famous artists promote it. I see more drink Pepsi than Coke and more who like Pepsi than Coke. But nonetheless, I still favour Coke.
Answer: It is true that in the USA, more people drink Coca-Cola mainly because of the promotion work the company has done. If you go to any big franchise chain restaurants like McDonald' s most only sell Coke products exclusively so as a little kid the taste buds are trained to remember how good Coke taste. Coca-Cola has always been aggressive in advertising all over the world. However in some foreign countries Pepsi is more popular basically because the company went into the market first before Coca-Cola. In short it all comes down to promotion and advertising rather than taste, brand loyalty comes as a result of good marketing techniques.
Question: How do they make the coca cola in the international factories while there is a secret formula? There are factories of The Coca Cola Company all over the world. Thats why coke drunk on christmas day always tastes somehow different!
Question: Why in Coca Cola advertisements, where they show a plastic bottle, is there no plastic ring on the bottle? To be more specific, in any advertisement where they show a consumer drinking a cola beverage there is never the round plastic ring that is connected to the cap to assure it has never been open. Is there a reason why they never leave it on?
Answer: Good eye and very perceptive of you. Which is why its not there. A food stylist, who typically do the setup for commercials and pictures, want the consumer to view the product in the best possible way. This includes taste, texture, value, and popularity. Commonly referred to as branding. Consumers want cola to taste good, be enjoyable to drink, and be a good value. Recently being seen as cool to drink is another factor. In an advertisement you can't taste it so the product has to look attractive and make you want to buy it. Sight is a major factor. It would have to look good enough to buy and drink. One thing would be to make it look cold and refreshing. Hence condensation on the outside. The other would be to let the consumer see that it's carbonated. The carbonation isn't visible in a bottle at rest. You don't see the bubbles at the corner gas station or at least you shouldn't. Opening the bottle releases the carbon gas and makes it "fizz". This also breaks the consumer protection seal. Which wouldn't look good in the advertisement if that seal is hanging around the neck of the bottle. So its all about making the product look its best.
Question: What is the real color of cola, without the caramel color? Most cola like Coke, Dr. Pepper and others got the caramel color. Is it necessary to have this color in my drinks,or is there a clear cola out there?
Answer: pretty much clear - several years back Pepsi came out with Pepsi Clear... didn't catch on, apparently most people like their cola brown - it freaked them out to have something smell like cola, taste like cola, but look like 7-up.
Question: Why is it that Coca-Cola tastes different in other countries? I have been in France, Mexico, South Africa, Mozambique, U.K., India, and have tried their Coca Cola. Each countries coca cola tasted different! FOr instance, Mexico had very sweet Coca-Cola while India had more diluted bitter Coca-cola. Why is this when its the same brand and same drink?

Question: How can I get a cola stain out a white shirt? I have a shirt which I want to wear tonight, but I've just noticed that it has a cola stain on the front. Is there any way to remove this without washing the shirt? I don't have a tumble dryer.
Thank you, Laundry expert but unfortunately I'm from the UK and don't have Target. Also, I wanted to know if the stain can be taken out without washing.
Answer: Dampen a washcloth with hot water, then put a dab of laundry soap on it, and putting your hand underneath the shirt where the stain is, rub briskly, then rinse the spot only under the faucet. Use a blow dryer to dry where the stain was.
Question: Can you taste the difference between Mexican Coca Cola & American Coca Cola? I can & I believe the Mexican Coca Cola is sweeter.
I know of other people who have drank both but they can't taste the difference. Can you?
Answer: MEXICAN IS WAY BETTER!
Mexican has pure cane sugar, while American uses the cheaper and crappier high fructose corn syrup.
There are some places in TX you can get the sugar stuff, too. They also sell it at the Coca Cola museum in Atlanta, GA - which is where I grabbed it.

Question: How many tea spoons of sugar are there in a can of cola cola? Ive been trying to cut down my sugar levels recently (trying to make an effort). Ive started taking half a spoon ful of sugar in my Tetly tea. But i refuse to go off my 3 cans of cola a day. Is okay to take 3 cans of cola if ive reduced my sugar in my tea?
Answer: if it has sugar or corn syrup, it's a HUGE dose of sugar to have 3 of them.
It's like saying "i'll cut back on sugar except for these 21 teaspoons I have each day"
if it has aspartame or sucrose or whatever, then it has "no sugar".

Question: Why Coca Cola provide getmytaxform link to employees that does not work? After I set up my profile, I attempted to get my w2 tax statement, but the link says to contact employer for correct web address. Coca Cola Enterprises mission statement of "Accountability & Sustainability" is deceiving to the community.
Answer: Not sure. I love coca-cola.
Don't bogart that joint, my friend.
Question: How can I tell if my mirror advertisement for 5 cent Coca-Cola is old or recent? I have an advertisement painted on the reverse side of mirror that looks like one of the old ads Coca Cola might have used.
The only thing that makes me think it isn't old is a unpainted section that has an old time picture taped to the back of it for a 5 cent Coca Cola. She's removable and the paper itself feels fairly new. Can anyone direct me to the best place to date this?
Answer: Well the taped paper could be new and the mirror old. However, there are *a lot* of reproductions of these out there. Any antique dealer could tell you on sight if it's old or new. There is a different look to the older glass, mercury silver backing (which might have turned dark in areas) for the mirror, the color of the paint, and in a repro often a small trademark printing (though that could be on an older piece as well but will be on a newer one). The best I can tell you for sure - since I can't see it - is take it to a dealer or check out a collectors book (there are many) price guide to see if your item is in there.
Question: Is it the Cola or the caffeine that causes bladder infections? I drink soft drinks almost non stop and sometimes I get severe bladder infections with aches, pains and as they say on TV ads, urgency and frequency. A few days of water and/or cranberry juice cures it. I was wondering if it was the cola itself or the caffeine that causes the bladder infection? In other words would drinking excessive iced tea or coffee also cause it and would drinking non-caffeine drinks not cause it?
Answer: Caffeine and Soda do not cause bladder infections, however they can provoke an already existing infection. If you are having frequent bladder infections you should speak with your doctor as you may be having the same one that settles down and then flares up. Bladder infections left not treated properly can lead to further complications. Bladder infections are caused by bacteria entering the urethra. This can be cause by fecal matter (If you wipe from the back to the front), improper washing of the area (especially after sex) and not urinating when you need to or after sex. I know this probably sounds gross, but those are the causes. Sometimes it just happens tho. I've had one and I do all of these things.
Question: What is the fastest way to defrost a frozen cola? Well, as usual... I put a flask of cola in the fridge a bit to long and its totally frozen solid. :(
Anyone got any suggestions for how to make it liquid and drinkable again as fast as possible? And yet still be chilly and cold to drink?
I know the taste isn't the same but its worth it!
Answer: Even faster than a microwave would be to put it in boiling water.
Ice does not melt as fast in a microwave as you might think. Microwaves cook by vibrating water molecules. As an example, if you put an ice cube in a pan and another in a microwave and turned on the heat at the same time as you turned on the microwave, the pan ice cube would melt faster
