Answer: i live in indiana....and I think it all depends on your individual situation. How social services rated their visit to your home -- if they did that. how well you get along with the judge. did you turn in all your paperwork on time? are you showing effort and genuine interest, love, etc....being polite and prompt with the judge acutally influcence the case, too. i don't think there's any one answer because each case is totally different from the next.

Answer: a CV use for nominating somebody for an award doesn't have to be different from an ordinary CV. In every awarding body, like the padma shri award, i believe they have their own format/form to be filled up for nominators. i suggest you contact that awarding body and ask for specifics. better yet, ask for nomination forms. what makes your nomination impressive is not the CV, but the documents (clippings, write-ups...) that you can include to support your data. hope i have in some way helped you! good day!

My ex partner got one by deceiving the courts and shows no interest in my daughter. My husband and our daughter have a very Strong bond. Answer: You cant 'award' him Parental Responsibility. If you want this your husband would have to adopt your child. Doing so then entitles your daughter the same rights as a natural born child of his. Answer: The most recognized award is a matter of judgment. I would say that the Nobel Prize for economics is the most recognized in and around the business world. In the UK, the Queen awards honors to business people like Sir Alan Sugar and Sir Richard Branson Even higher than such knighthood would be 'ennoblement' to a Lord. Lord Lever, founder of Unilever was ennobled in that way. A narrower definition would concentrate on recognition of business achievement by business authorities. There are several global candidates for such an award emerging. A strong one would be Steve Jobs for his work at Apple.
