Question: Sexual Assault? I was searching for sexual predators in my are and I found this guy I know and his conviction is listed as "NJ014 - AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL SEX. ASSAULT" Can somebody elaborate on just exactly what that may mean. This is in Pennsylvania. I know they guy from coming into the beer store I work at. He is a true scumbag and I've almost gotten into fist fights with him on a number of occasions.

Answer: It means the person has been found guilty and convicted of the offense of a serious sexual assault on someone. This may have been a woman or a man or a child. It really means that the person used brute force, punching, hitting, that kind of thing then they sexually assaulted the person. The man could have punched a woman/man and grabbed his/her breasts/genitals and touched her/him in private areas, whilst holding her/him down and using force. It does not normally mean rape.
