Question: What is a stipulation if judge does not sign ? My mother was given a stipulation to move in 4 weeks. The lawyer for the bank "owner of her home" gave her the stipulation to sign. Her hands it to the judge, the judge says she wont sign it until she gets "ratification" from the lawyer. The stipulation she took home was not signed by the judge. Is this still valid? This is very important, please answer if you have legal knowledge. Thank you.

Answer: A stipulation is something that both parties in a legal dispute agree on. The bank is asking your mother to agree to move out. The judge is saying that your mother's attorney (and by association, your mother) are not agreeing to it so he will not sign it. This gives your mother and her attorney at least a chance to dispute the foreclosure but, really, she is probably just delaying the inevitable.

Question: What choice do I have in not signing a custody stipulation? Can I sign under duress? My ex-wife is essentially forcing me to sign a STIPULATION for custody that I don't want and is terrible for best interests of our children, but I have no choice because she's outspending me in attorney fees and overwhelming me with court documents. Answer: Until a judge orders it, you are under no obligation to sign anything. Sounds like you do not have an attorney, or one that is not in your best interest.

Answer: Definitely a Last Man Standing match. With the history of these 2 wrestlers, it would make compete sense that this match goes down. I would love to see Edge and Cena get in another feud sometime soon but I don't it'll happen for a while if not ever again.

Answer: when undertaker accepted shawn michaels challenge for wrestlemania 26 i thought he was going to say it will be a hell in a cell match but thats too good to be true and for championship matches i'd say last man standing for cena vs batista your winner batista

Answer: A stipulation is an agreement between the parties to a lawsuit. It's written and filed in court record. The agreement can be about any fact that is relevant to the issues in the case. It could be an agreement that party Y now has the rights of X. The parties agree that they will not dispute this. An adjournment by stipulation just means that the parties agree to later court date. The parties could agree to a payment plan. The judge could set one, but check the applicable statute. This is not the best place for legal advice you know and you should not take this comment as such!

Answer: Although I'm not positive about this, my friends John Boy and Reddy and I always talk about wrestling and we believe that it will be hardcore, all out, toys allowed match. We ourselves have tried this type of match and trust me, it works out very very well.

Question: At AAA's Triplemania 18, a match had the stipulation of two referees hair on the line? Both teams in this tag match were representing a different referee. Why were REFEREE's hair on the line in this match? Would that work in the WWE, or any other U.S. promotion? A stipulation involving something "bad" happening to a referee?

Answer: I honestly don't know why the refs hair was on the line since I don't know any spanish past the first ten numbers. But my guess is that the face ref got fed up and tired of the blatant bias officiating by the heel ref.(which who wouldn't I only lightly watch AAA and I absolutely hated that heel ref within like 2 minutes) It would only work in promotions that can do a good storyline quite honestly, WWE would never do it because Vince would probably never think it could work(though judging by the fans reaction to the heel ref in AAA and my own reaction if done right it can work very well). TNA tried it with slick johnson a bit when madison rayne was "seducing" him but they barely spent any time on that so it didn't work. To make this storyline work well you would have to put a lot of focus on the ref for a long period of time for it to work and I don't think any promotion in the US would take the time to do it, other than PWG or Chikara The reason why I said PWG and Chikara is they have a means to do it to try and build up a ref because their main refs Rick nox and Bryce Remsberg do commentary quite regularly on the shows and they can build up their character through that and by screwing over face wrestlers in the matches. But it wouldn't work since those two are faces and I don't think could work as a heel and there aren't really other notable refs in their promotions besides them, but they could attempt to try it. Hell Rick Nox in PWG had a confrontation with the heel young bucks in the middle of the main event match of PWG's DDT4 tag tournament and Rick Nox did a double clothesline on them since they attacked him for not counting them out or DQing them so they could retain their tag titles cheaply. And when Nox did the double clothesline it was probably the second biggest pop of the show. So Promotions in the US can build up refs into suitable characters, I just don't think they would make an angle as big as the one in AAA.

Answer: One rule is that you be able to spell Cayman Islands. The Cayman Islands do not tax income or sales directly. The government is supported by import duties, tourist fees, real property transfer taxes (7.5%), etc. If you are a US citizen, you still have to report your income to the IRS just as if you still lived here. You may be able to give up your citizenship, but that is a bit complex to explain in this forum. Your best shot at succeeding would be if you didn't have any assets. Where is the property? In a No DQ you can't be disqualified/forced forfeit, but what ways can you think of (legally) that will cause you to be Disqualified? Fake? That had over 10,000 points. Answer: I think if there knocked out and you dont stop attacking them. Thats the only thing I can think of. Oh and maybe if you strangle them with a cored or somthing and don't stop but thats proboly going into iliegl terms. EDIT I just remmebered in stone cold vs rakishi it was an all legal match but he got arrested for trying to run him over. and in WCW russo era ppl got DQed in no DQ matches

Question: What is the stipulation about whether or not I claim mileage on my taxes? I recently recieved my first 1099misc from a person I had done some work for. Most of the work was conducted at my house on a computer, but I did drive about 200 mile from home to work for this person for 3 weeks as well. Is it possible to claim the vehicle expenses(400 miles, 1 month) and portion of price of computer that was bought in 08? The amount of money that was paid was a set price for the work.

Answer: The mileage is considered commuting, so it's not deductible. The computer would be depreciated, see irs pub 946.

Answer: A stipulation is an agreement between the parties to certain facts. A dismissal ends the dispute on procedural grounds. I've never heard of a stipulation dismissal, but logically it would be either a summary judgement dismissal based on a stipulation to facts that allow the case to be resolved as a matter of law, or it would be a dismissal agreed upon by both parties, such as when a settlement is reached.

Answer: There are many ways that wrestling makes people look better. All those times Cena has won right at the death, he's a crowd favourite so to get people watching make him win they will all then feel great about themselves so will watch again. Definite that Big Daddy V will be made to look impossible until another crowd favourite will be chosen to beat him!

Answer: I wish they would bring back the buried alive matches for the Undertaker.

Question: WHat is the deal with the center console stipulation on the NJ road test? My car has no center console, with bench seating in the front. The E-brake is a pedal to the left of the brake. It says in the manual that there must be no center console, so the tester can reach the brakes, but I've heard of people failing because they didn't have a hand brake, but also had no center console

Answer: "So the tester can reach the brakes?" If that means what it SOUNDS like it means, that's INSANE. The hand brake is for PARKING, and MAYBE for extreme emergencies where the regular brakes aren't working. But in the latter case it's just as likely to cause ANOTHER emergency when the car flips over, or skids into something because the brakes locked up.

Question: when is a housing court stipulation considered "abandoned" by the landlord? One year and two weeks ago a stipulation was in effect, but the landlord didn't nothing to pursue an eviction. The landlord is a public housing authority which means they have more leeway to enforce the law. I thought there was an agreement to step back from court activity. But after year of no activity to enforce the stipulation, I now face eviction. Are there any general rules regarding when a contract becomes moot and unenforceble because of inactivity? thanks.

Answer: No, you can not stay rent free because the Landlord did not actively evict you. Your Best case scenario is that you are only responsible for the rent until the end of your last signed lease, and I doubt that would happen either. An eviction judge would most likely consider any time that you stayed past the end of the Lease as a month to month Tenancy. It would seem that besides facing eviction, you have a giant judgment coming down against you. Is this how you think the world works? You get a free ride because someone or organization didn't pursue their rights. I bet you think that if someone deposited $100,000 into your bank account and didn't realize the mistake until a month or two later, that you would think that money is yours.

Question: What would be a good stipulation name for this match? The rules are the superstars fight in a regular 1 fall to the finish match but weapons are allowed. Before attempting a pinfall or submission, one superstar must make the other superstar bleed. Once the blood is dripping down that superstar's face, he is now vulnerable to being pinned or submitted. So in order for both men to attempt pinfalls or submission, they both must be bleeding BQ: Could you see this match in WWE or TNA?

Answer: That's ironic..I've read about this type of match on wikipedia earlier today. TNA use to do it but i don't think they do anymore. They called it Sadistic Madness. BQ: WWE is pg *unfortunately =[ *, and we barely see blood. So it might be far till WWE does a match like this. Even though I'm an all WWE fan, TNA would probably end up doing this type of match first. Like i said before, they use to do it, and probably still do once in a while. I wouldn't know because i don't watch TNA but hope this helped =)
