Answer: If you go through ITR-1 or ITR-2 Income Tax return forms or any other ITR forms, you will find
" Schedule VIA Deductions under Chapter VI-A (Section) "
In this you will find this 80U section in S.No."m". Fill it. You will also find 80C in S.No."a".
Now about Sec.80U:
Persons suffering from permanent physical Disability and includes Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Disability, Person with Disability and Severe Disability.
Rs.50, 000 if disability is over 40% and Rs.75, 000 if disability is over 80%.
You need to obtain a certificate from the Govt. doctor about the % of the disability. You need not attach it. You can just claim it. You have to show the doctor certificate if the Income Tax authorities calls you. If they do not call you you need not worry. Normally they will not call you.
Please find the 80U details in the below website in S.No.11

Question: If my husband and I file married but filing seperatly, and we live together what are the penalties? I just found out that my husband and I owe 1650 fed and 400 state for next year. If we filed married but separate, will we still have to owe, or will we owe more? And if we did file married but seperate and we are living together, will we go to jail? This may seem like a really dumb question, but I have no clue. Ok thank you!
Answer: You can always choose "Married-Filing Separately" even if you live together but, usually, you will end up worse off tax wise than if you filed a Joint return.
Question: I got married in 2007. Can my parents claim me on their tax return is I file "Married Filing Separately"? I got married in 2007 to a nonresident alien with no US income. He was in the country a short time and will only file an 8843 form. I am going to file "Married Filing Separate" with no exemptions. Can my parents still claim me if I meet all the other credentials? I want them to be able to!
Answer: If your income was less than the exemption amount they can claim you provided you do not claim a personal exemption.
Question: How long would I have to wait to file bankruptcy after filing your taxes? I need to file for bankruptcy and someone said that if I have already filed my taxes and spent them. Question: Why do we get a tax refund for "married filing separately" but have to pay quite a bit when we file joint? I am doing our taxes with the H&R Block software. It says we owe about $2000 when I put "married filing jointly" but we get $1000 refund when we file "married filing separately". I made quite a bit more money than my spouse last year - could this be why? What other reason is there? And what are some other things I need to know and watch out for when filing separately? I thought this option was for couples that are separated...
Thanks
Answer: Filing jointly can cause a difference in the tax calculation as opposed to filing separately. This is often referred to as 'the marriage penalty.' The most important itme to be considered is the use of the itemized deduction. If one person itemizes, the other must also itemize. If the second person cannot itemize, they are not allowed the standard deduction either. Dependency exemption of children can be allocated between the spouses, but not duplicated on each other's returns.
Question: What are the disadvantages of filing a free file to prepare your taxes? If your adjusted gross income was $54,000 or less in 2007, you can use Free File to prepare and e-file your taxes online.
My question is what are the disadvantages of using free file as compared to the standard 1040 forms or the standard e-file?
http://www.irs.gov/efile/article/0,,id=118986,00.html
Answer: Paper forms use up paper, add clutter, do not calculate automatically (math errors), or could be misread for data entry. I do my taxes on PDF fill out forms first to make sure that any electronic method matches.
When you e-file, the only potential errors are "your" data entry, calculations are automatic, and there is minimal paperwork handling at the IRS end (just any non-electronic payments/refunds).
As far as free e-file or pay e-file there is no difference in the data or speed. The only difference is whether there are optional features you want (additional reading material, archiving, etc.). There are sites you can free e-file regardless of income, but I paid them $9.95 to retain data for next year's taxes.
Question: I used TurboTax to file 'married filing separately'. Does TurboTax use same for my state returns automatically? I was forced to file my 2009 Federal Tax Return 'married filing separately'. I have two state tax returns that were filed and calculated by TurboTax at the same time. I know my federal is correctly filed as MFS, but does TurboTax transport that same filing status to the state returns?
Answer: Some states require the same state filing status as Federal while others do not. TT will use the Federal status if your state requires it or ask you what you want to do if your state gives you a choice.
Question: Can you file jointly after filing seperate the year before? My friend and her husband filed seperatly last year because they were spilt up in 2008, but then got back together in 2009. So since they filed seperatly in 08 can they file jointly this year???
well when she was going to file her taxes yesturday the lasy she went to said if they file jointly this year, since they file seperate last year they could get in big trouble. so thats why i was askin
Answer: Yes, they can file joint return.
In most cases, it is better to file as married filing jointly. On the joint return your standard deduction is $11,400 and you get two exemptions.
If you file as married filing separately, you will not get many credits and deductions including EIC.
On the joint return the liabilities are joint. If one spouse owes tax, both spouses are equally responsible. You may file Form 8379 with joint return.
This is from IRS publication 17: Your Federal Income Tax.
Tip. If you and your spouse each have income, you may want to figure your tax both on a joint return and on separate returns (using the filing status of married filing separately). Choose the method that gives the two of you the lower combined tax.
Question: What factors does the IRS use in filing a return for an individual who is not required to file a return? If no return is filed, the IRS files for the individual. The amount they file for is then used in a levy for payment. Levy amount 2 1/2 times AGI seem excessive. Really stiff for retirees!
Answer: If the taxpayer doesn't file, IRS uses gross income it determines to calculate tax. The tax computed this way can easily be more than 2 1/2 times the correct amount had the return been filed properly when it was due. It can be fixed.
Question: What is the Catholic stance on what happens to Protestants in the final Judgment?
Answer: The Catholic stance on what happens to Protestants in the final Judgment is the same as it is for any human being.
818 "However, one cannot charge with the sin of the separation those who at present are born into these communities [that resulted from such separation] and in them are brought up in the faith of Christ, and the Catholic Church accepts them with respect and affection as brothers .... All who have been justified by faith in Baptism are incorporated into Christ; they therefore have a right to be called Christians, and with good reason are accepted as brothers in the Lord by the children of the Catholic Church." 272
819 "Furthermore, many elements of sanctification and of truth" 273 are found outside the visible confines of the Catholic Church: "the written Word of God; the life of grace; faith, hope, and charity, with the other interior gifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as visible elements." 274 Christ's Spirit uses these Churches and ecclesial communities as means of salvation, whose power derives from the fullness of grace and truth that Christ has entrusted to the Catholic Church.
This is the official teaching of the Catholic Church right out of the official catechism that many do not understand.
Question: How are atheists gonna act like when the final judgment day comes?
Answer: As there is no evidence other than your faith that it will come, I'm not overly worried about it. I will wake up and go on like any other day.
Question: Christians: Will humanity live as we were intended before the fall, after the Final Judgment? We die because of sin. When Jesus returns and defeats Satan, will Earth become as it was prior to the Fall? Our bodies and souls will be immortal. What will be our purpose? I know we will worship God, but what will we do on that new Earth?
Answer: Little is known, much is speculated.
I personnally believe that we will have 'more' than what was given before the Fall of Mankind.
While many theologians hold that the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil would have been granted to a none fallen humankind when they reached a level of spiritual maturity.
I can't help but wonder if having experienced real pain, real loss, real sorrow, as well as real joy that our experience of the New Heaven and the New Earth will be that much more intense.
My analogy:
- If you never move out of your Father's house, you have no idea how small, cramped and dirty the average college dorm room can be.
- You'd never appreciate just how nice it is to sleep in your own bed, if you've never been camping or had to sleep on a bed in a cheap motel.
We have fallen, but we have also learned (repeatedly) just how much we need the Lord, how impossible it is to advance spiritually without Him. This "clinging" to the Lord, can only be a good lesson learned here on earth when applied to Heaven.
God is able to make good things come out of terribly bad things! e.g. a seed falls to the earth, dies and brings forth much fruit. Has been likened to Christ dying on the Cross and His fruit was the redemption of the human race and human nature.
Question: final judgment on a foreclosed home? When a final judgment letter is sent, stating the date, time, court room, etc. my questions is does the homeowner have to attend this meeting, is it mandatory?
Answer: No. But if you are the owner, the same day, or the next day, they are coming to the house to evict you. And if you are the tenant, same thing.
Question: What song does Michael Sarver sing to make it into the top 36 on American Idol during final judgment?

Question: Is it possible that the end of the world in 2012 will coincide with the Final judgment and Jesus' return? Could it be possible that's why the Maya ended their Calendar in December 2012 due to them being given a sign from God to stop there at that date.
Answer: Neither is going to happen, the whole world will just run like it always had.
Question: At the point of physical death do we lie in sleep awaiting final judgment or do we go immediately to heaven?
Answer: Great question. The answers from theologians are all over the map on this one. There are good arguments on both sides of the fence and those between also. The answer lies in the meanings and interpretations of certain words of which cannot be agreed upon.
Question: What do other religions think about Scientology esp in terms of "final judgment"?
Answer: I think Scientology's final judgment comes when your cheques start to bounce.
Question: I have a judgment against a person, now he is in Foreclosure. What should i do? I have a Final Judgment against a man for $5000.00. Now he is in foreclosure.
Answer: You are probably screwed on this lien. I am certain there are other lien holders that will scoop up any of the proceeds. At some point, someone will contact you about clearing that lien and you can demand payment, but it is highly unlikely there will be proceeds to cover all the liens. You are going to have to place a lien on other assets.
Question: When the final Judgment comes, will we all have to fly to Jerusalem? Will they give us free tickets?
