Question: China is colonizing Africa! What can we as American do about it? Thanks to the heavy cost of U.S. tax, regulatory, and environmental policies, and tort laws, that have driven up the cost of domestic production (along with trade policies that favor the movement of U.S. manufacturers to China), the evil communist regime in Beijing now has hundreds of billions of dollars in cash to invest in Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East (not to mention buying up plenty of key assets in the United States).
In order to continue its meteoric growth rate and advance its global political-military strategy, China is acquiring access to, and control of, much of the Third World mineral wealth, fishery wealth and sea lanes.
They have plans of driving US forces out of Africa through the use of both conventional and unconventional warfare. In order to fully control all of the African continent's supply and rule the planet.
What can we do to stop their evil plans?
Answer: Just don't you worry about it, I know if that happens ALL of us African- Americans will go and protect our home land.

Answer: Thank you for posting this list of republican plank items.
It shows how small minded they are and what they think of the voters who get letters like this asking for money to support such utter garbage. Notice how they vilify the democrats and independents.
The RNC must not think very highly of their voter support. Any organization that thinks that little of their base deserves what they got and what is about to happen early next year when their candidates are thrown from their offices en masse.

Question: Why are the Fed and the states who are having issues balancing their budget not taking the lead from texas? Lets take PA, for example who hads been having issues under Rendell balancing the budget, Implimented a new "Poured drink tax" of 10% on your booze at bars, and now discussing a new "tuition tax" for college students, but then cry that there is no growth?
No. 3 in percentage population growth in 2008-09 was giant Texas, the nation's second most populous state. Its population grew by almost half a million and accounted for 18 percent of the nation's total population growth. Texas had above-average immigrant growth, but domestic in-migration was nearly twice as high.
Texas over the decades has had low taxes (and no state income tax), low public spending and regulations that encourage job growth. It didn't have much of a housing bubble or a housing price bust.
Under Govs. George W. Bush and Rick Perry, it has placed tight limits on tort lawsuits, and has seen an influx of both corporate headquarters and medical doctors.
Figured this question only fair since liberals like to compare us to other countrys, well, why not look no further then home and the states who are doing what works?
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2009/12/28/texas_shows_its_swagger_in_new_population_estimates_99702.html
Really Zap? Really? So thats why Texas came in at number 3,
Wyoming, was number 1. Just behind at No. 2 was Utah. And why exactaly did the displaced go to texas out of 47 other states continental states with in reasonable reach?
Answer: Texas is running its cycle counter to the rest of country. It is doing well because of the growth that oil and gas companies enjoyed during a period of high energy prices. Also, Texas had its period for a housing boom and bust during the Saving and Loan scandal in the late 1980s.
Question: POLL: Would you say that I'M conservative,Liberal,or Independent? I plan to remodel the country on 5 fronts
1-heathcare,tort reform, make it legal to buy insurance across state lines.
Use the unspent "stimulus" money to fix medicare and make it easier to get for people with pre-existing conditions to get health care.
2-debt reduction/Jobs,order the immediate construction of oil drilling platforms off the coast of Alaska,California, and Texas.Legalize marijuana. While the plant it's self can't be controlled enough to tax things like smoke shops (that would crop up everywhere) can be. We would save billions doing away with the lost war on marijuana and can utilize hemp, hemp farms, and hemp factories that would create jobs, boost revenue, and make better products.Hemp has been proven to be stronger, cheaper, and last longer that cotton.
3-Illegal immigration, place Texas,Arizona,New Mexico, and California national guard members on the border.Increase penalty's for those cought in the US illegally.Immediate deportation of all known illegals in the country.
4-Military/foreign affairs, increase the military's annual budget. Now is not the time to let our guard down.Order stealth bombings of known Iran and North Korean nuclear facilities.Continue pulling troops out of Iraq.Increase funding and troop presence in Afghanistan.
5-Domestic,Ban all community organizations like ACORN from getting ANY tax payer money.Impose a Death Penalty for those convicted of child molestation.Raise a console to "weed out" corruption in Washington and all public offices across the nation.Ban gay marriage in all but one state.Ban abortions in all but one state.Free market,NO GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE.Downsize the government.

Take these quizzes, they can give you a good idea about where you are on the political front. There are a few others on this site you can take. You sound a bit on the fence on both sides, actually, so you may be more independent. Myself, I am more liberal, most of the time.
Question: would you vote for me? I plans to remodel the country on 5 fronts
1-heathcare,tort reform, make it legal to buy insurance across state lines.
make it mandatory for employers to provide healthcare to ALL employees and their immediate familys(wife and kids) regardless of pre-existing conditions.

Question: Torts & Liabilities - Scenario? Earlier this year, WIRETAP, Inc., a relatively new company trying to compete with BUG, sent one of its employees, Steve, to BUG to get a job. BUG, not realizing Steve was an employee of WIRETAP, hired him to work in its research and development department located in Any State, U.S.A. While working at BUG, Steve forwarded any BUG e-mail he received to WIRETAP. This included e-mail between BUG officers (both domestic and abroad) that Steve intercepted using his hacking ability. At the end of each week, Steve met with his boss at WIRETAP and gave him all the information he obtained about the BUG product lines.
Walter, a security guard for BUG, learns that Steve really works for WIRETAP. Walter takes Steve to a small soundproof room where he keeps him for six hours. During this time, Walter continues to ask Steve what he is doing at BUG and what information he has given to WIRETAP. Walter tells Steve that he will hurt him if he does not tell him everything. Steve finally tells Walter what he wants to know. Walter then lets Steve go home.
a) Has Walter committed any torts? If so, explain.
b) Discuss any liability BUG may have for Walter’s actions.
Answer: a) Walter has comitted at least two torts. He has assaulted Steve, in that he has threatened Steve with imminent harmful contact, and he has falsely imprisoned Steve. For the assault, Steve must believe that there is an imminent threat, and that Walter can carry out the threat. An armed security guard is likely to be able to carry out a threat about hurting someone. Although there is an exception for false imprisonment which allows police officers to detain suspects, Walter is not a Police officer. There is also an exception known as the shopkeepers privilege, which allows store owners to hold people suspected of actually stealing for a limited time. It is a limited exception, and six hours is likely too long to hold someone under the shopkeepers privilege, on top of that, Walter probably did not have enough information to believe that Steve had stolen anything.
b.BUG is likely vicariously liable for Walter's actions. Unless Walter is an independent contractor, severing Bug's vicarious liability, then because Walter is an employee of Bug, Bug is liable under the theory of respondeat superior. There are usually exceptions for assault and battery by an employee, but when the employee's job reasonably puts them into confrontational circumstances, such as bouncers or security guards, then that exception is nullified.

Answer: Nothing... !!! You absolutely can do nothing at all! If you think China shouldn't be in Africa, then what makes you think that USA should be in Africa? Why don't just leave Africa alone?
USA is colonizing Iraq (or should I say Iraq is being invaded and occupied by USA?) and no one on this earth can stop that USA!
How evil the USA is if it was because of oil and you - the evil American army did kill Iraqi civilians in their homeland!
China does not engage in any war at this moment but USA does indeed! Which is the evil nation?
Everyone knows USA manufacture a lot more weapons than China. USA owns a lot more destructive weapons than any other countries on this planet.
By the way, most wealthy people are still US Americans - according to "Forbes", the biggest business organization is Walmart of USA! The no. 1 and 2 richest men on this planet are US Americans, so, according to your point of view, are they evils? Or since when Bill Gates turned to be a Chinese or moved to Beijing?
Question: How should "terrorism" be defined by international law? domestic law? Pursuant to most state laws in the United States, "assault" is the tort (civil law, not criminal law) of acting intentionally and voluntarily causing the reasonable apprehension of an immediate harmful or offensive contact, coupled with the ability to carry out the contact. see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assault_(tort)
Does the definition of "assault" also suffice as a definition for "terrorism"? If so, when is retaliatory force legitimate?
Answer: Terrorism should be defined by international law because as we have it defined as of today domestic and everyone is not with us on the solutions. The international community must show unity and clarification so that we are supported when we make a move into another country to defend our freedoms.
