Question: How to overcome a neptune opposition ascendant? I asked this question before. But i need more info. Neptune opposition ascendant can mean a lot of things about relationships. How can someone with a neptune opposition ascendant deal with hidden enemies, relationships and getting to know your real self?
Answer: Racer,
Having Neptune on the cusp of the 7th signifies that you really need to learn how to get your ego out of the way, especially in your interactions with other people. You may feel isolated and misunderstood at times, possibly because you're more tuned in to your own feelings and impressions than people you get close to. They may feel you're not listening and think you act inappropriately when you're with them.
It's really important with Neptune to learn to listen to your feelings and your impressions, but not to get lost in the process. Finding the person behind the feelings and perceptions is the key to making Neptune work for you. Neptune is all about developing an intuition about your real genuine self. Not the role you play in your family or the way your friends or society at large see you, but the inner awareness that is behind all your experiences. Neptune will only be disappointing if you identify with your ego. Not everyone is willing to give their deeper nature a voice, but with Neptune on an angle, it only makes sense to encourage you to find your deepest roots, acknowledge them and give them a voice.
I think that people will respond very positively to a healthy and expressive 7th house Neptune. On the positive side it lends inspiration, imagination and insight into the way you deal with other people. Having trust and confidence in your relationships can naturally attract positive people to you. If you listen to your intuition, you can take your 7th house Neptune and use it to affirm the love you possess and share it with the world.

Question: How and why did opposition during the Vietnam War grow? How and why did opposition to the Vietnam War grow? Who supported the war, and who opposed it? What role did student protests play in ending the war?
Answer: All of what Daniel said & the fact that the Americans got involved to restore global human rights - liberty - democracy.
Opposition came as a result of the irony of liberal/democratic America - since many American human rights failed to serve its own people/minorities - and war veterans !!
Students normally lead protests - they are powerful in change since the layman needs to have a respected social leader/one born to wealth : for social power/charisma. This gives rise to the layman because a "respected" leader validates their "issues."
The American government supported the war - it was an international statement against communism. Sending men to Vietnam to restore "human rights - liberty" showed the east who's in charge. It used the TV/Media to represent an American oasis - a cultural message - American culture was of the better sort - civilized. International interests. If you want people to work for you (global trade/investment) you have to show them they can trust you. ( a symbol - like law/police/military - but the crux was revealved when the students began to protest the constructions, fake reality.
Question: What is a good topic of opposition for wilderness preservation? The for arguments are spirituality, psychological coherence, logical and mental. I am doing a research paper and my for reasons have been approved but I can't think of a good topic for opposition.
Maybe alternative fuels or something? Any ideas? Thanks.
Answer: depends on your point of view... the perspective of a developed country with plenty of cropland, city space, and industrial/mining areas no reason at all...
however, what if you live in an undeveloped country... the majority of which is covered by that wilderness?? your people live at or near poverty, and the only way to develop the resources required to lift your people up to the same level as the rest of the world is to use those lands for the resources they contain?
America, England, France, etc all built our countries using the resources of the land to build our countries up... raping the forests, natural animals, etc to build the infrastructure required to support our countries.. now as new and developing countries start to develop we tell them they can't do the same???
who then will pay for their development?
I understand the need for conservation.. however i also understand the requirements of building an infrastructure... this question is not as cut and dry as the greenies want you to believe.
Question: How can we silence right wing opposition to President Obama? How can we silence opposition to President Obama?
We know that Obama will be elected cause certain groups have created the votes, but now we are in what can we do to stop the fascist?
I mean talk radio, right wing religious leaders, and some of the capitalist movements. Will we have to expand the FBI to go after them or create another organization?
Answer: Yea if Acorn hadn't screwed it up for Obama it would have been a clear landslide. We had the million fake registered votes all setup to get obama in.
Once obama gets in office and the streets run wild with madness it will be easy to target the Republicians take away their votes so this never happens agains.

Question: How much of the opposition to Obama is motivated by racism? Seriously, the majority of opposition to Obama is not over his positions or his record. No, the opposition is emotional, angry, hatred of the person and his positive attitude; or worse, it is juvenile-level name-calling (like the "blue-lips comments that are making the rounds now).
It is as though those who hate Obama are angry over a half-black man running for president. I am convinced that most of the name-calling Obama haters are closet racists.
Answer: Great question - I'd say nearly all of the opposition to Obama is racially motivated. Sure, some right-wing wonks hate the fact that Obama is not a conservative, but very few people oppose him strictly on the issues.
Every time you hear someone say "Obama is not intellgent" or "Obama has no substance," or "Obama is not experienced enought to be president" aren't they really just saying: "a black man can't be intellgent" or "a black man can't have substance," or "a black man should not be president"?
Question: Can the opposition leader befriend the prime minister outside the parliament? I mean not seeing them as the opposition but rather a normal person on the streets. Perhaps even good friends.
Answer: Yeah, not a problem, except for the other party members and political hacks.
Could happen here in Australia, if the right opposition leader eventually comes up. They were good friends before the election.

Question: Is fear and scare tactics the only way opposition to anything occurs? Something I noticed online is tons of people declare, "Government has now eroded your rights, you will go to jail for not having health care." The fear tactic goes on and on with tons of scare slogans. I agree everyone has a right to their opinion and that's fine. But can't opposition bring some more realistic opposition tactics instead of scare slogans that are unfounded?
Stick to the question when answering and don't go off ranting and raving about the healthcare bill. This question is about understanding why opposition uses a tactic that is sometimes not credible and based off stereotypes.
Thank you for your time and answers.
Answer: People seem less and less interested in thoughtful debate about any subject and short, memorable quotes with powerful emotional effect are sadly more memorable and effective than a well thought out argument. Nuanced disagreement is quickly branded as elitist and overly intellectual. Going to jail, death panels, and visions of fascist regimes are all quick, memorable, and trigger a strong negative reaction in people. Sometimes people will exaggerate or mislead people in order to get this reaction. Once the strong emotional negative reaction is associated with the other group, it is often reinforced with vague patriotic and freedom-loving symbols that produce a positive reaction.
Once someone has made up their mind on something it is very hard to change it. If one can get their views in first through whatever means (fear, misinformation and an appeal to patriotism and freedom) then the truth of the debate hardly matters to that person.

Question: What was the opposition from each side of the political spectrum? After his first two years in office, Roosevelt faced opposition to his policies from both the rights and left.
Answer: The Right-Left Political Spectrum is a joke since Right Wing leads to Fascism and Left Wing leads to Communism.
Well the problem with that is like saying do you want Hitler or Fidel Castro. They both are evil Tyrants.
As a Libertarian I can't fit on the political spectrum because I want government small regardless.
To me a right winger wants to control you socially. Examples: Nudity on TV, Gay Marriage
As the left winger wants to control you economically. Examples: Welfare, Taxing the Rich
They both want big government, as the Libertarian wants the government to get the hell out of the way. Let humans govern them self and make their own opinions. The only role of government for a Libertarian is Judiciary and Military. Where the government protects a person from hurting another. The rest is individual choice.

Question: What was the Opposition to the Brown v board of education in 1954? What was the Opposition to the Brown v board of education in 1954?
what was the Opposition to the Brown v board of education in 1954? was it racially motivated or not?
Also does anyone know where i can get the opposition information?
Thanks!
Answer: The opposition was racially motivated, in which white people didn't want black people to join their schools. Segregation was still very alive back then, and that's what this case was about. If you want any information about this case, just google "brown vs board of education." There should be a lot about it.
Question: Will the Libertarian Party become the main opposition of the Democratic Party? Will the Libertarian Party become the main opposition of the Democratic Party...now that the GOP has not shown any serious constructive opposition and is definitely on its way into becoming a local/southern party.
Answer: Well, I would be happy with the Libertarian party....they would actually have a leg to stand on and present good ideas. While I don't agree with them on all issues, they are far more appealing to the majority of Americans than is the GOP in its present form.

Answer: think of something the size of north or south carolina and having 10 years and millions of tonnes of bombs, hundreds of thousands of men being sent their, thousands dieing, think of iraq 3-5000 deaths and vietnam 58,168 and eventual loosing the war to a 3ed world army. student protesting did nothing protesters protested against the army but they are fallowing orders but they should of ben protesting the gov. but the students did nothing the war ended at the fall so Saigon ( south vietnam capital ) and America go kicked out and lost the war to the communist witch why they where their in the first place, the communist party in veitnam was going to win the next election, so they sent advisers then the golf of tonkan then the landing of the forces

Question: What do Canadians think about the opposition trying to overthrow Harper? Do you think Harper will be able to stop this?
And if the vote goes ahead on Monday, are you okay with who the new PM will be? I mean is this what Canadians voted for??
Excerpt:
The opposition parties said the new prime minister would be Liberal leader Stephane Dion, who led his party to such a bad defeat on October 14 that he has promised to step down once members choose a replacement in May.
I'm just wondering what Canadians think about all this. What should happen?
Answer: I think it a dumb idea , look what it did to the Liberal party after they forced out Chretien now the Liberal`s can only get into power by back room deals with the NDP and Bloc.
The NDP used to be a party for the unions and regular blue collar workers but strayed from there , no longer a force in Canadian politics since Broadbent .
The Liberal party has gone downhill since Chretien , Dion has shown he is not the guy to lead the Liberal party he should of stepped aside ,up until this point Dion was on his way out.
The Conservatives are the only party at this point that has a chance to lead , The NDP needs the Liberals and the Liberals need the NDP or Bloc.
The Bloc will always be a fourth party in Canada never more than that.
The Green party will get one or no seats ever .
They should of just let this ride out with Harper then next election try and beat him but things are in motion now , it will end off coming back at them maybe next election the PC will get a majority Government .
because at this point in time Canada is still a pretty conservative country with pockets of left leaning people mainly in Ont. and Que.
Both the NDP and Liberal parties need new leaders both have proven they do not have what it takes to get enough votes to win on their own with out these crazy back room deals.
Question: What would be an argument in opposition to ending world poverty? What would be an argument in opposition to ending WORLD poverty? I don't know of anyone besides sick, twisted individuals who wouldn't want world poverty to end, so what would be the other side of this issue??? Help please!!
Answer: - Overpopulation (poverty is a harsh but effective population control), Overtaxation of natural resources (poverty is usually a sign that local resources are overspent, to remove it, one would have to expend resources from elsewhere - until ???)
Question: What was the prevalence of organized opposition to the revolution after Castro took power? For instance, the Contras represented a legitimate, organized threat to the Sandinista army in Nicaragua-->was there any equivalent after the Cuban revolution, or did Castro nip any and all opposition in the bud?
Answer: Actually there were was a lot of opposition but Castro destroyed most of it in Cuba. However a few select fled Cuba and aligned themselves with several American agencies specially the CIA. In 1962, The Bay of Pigs occured were they attempted to invade Cuba after receiving training from the CIA but were humiliated in combat and were easily defeated. It resulted in a major scandal and led President Kennedy to cease all Anti-Castro activities. To this day there are many Castro groups and organizations but they yield hardly any power or at least not as much as they use to. Hope that helped!
